1) Do you take reservations?
Absolutely! We offer online reservation requests at https://www.sharkclub.com/book-a-table/, or you can call the Shark Club location nearest you directly to reserve a table based on availability.
2) Do you accommodate allergies?
Yes! At Shark Club, we pride ourselves on our allergy awareness and guest protection procedures. We have an Allergen Guide for mild allergies or intolerances that our team uses to assist you in making your menu selections. Please visit the ‘FOOD’ tab icon located at the top of our menu pages, and scroll down to look for our Allergen Guide. Please note that items listed on this guide may contain small amounts of the listed allergen. Therefore this guide is not to be used for severe allergies. We strongly recommend that you ask to speak to a manager for any severe allergies prior to ordering.
We take food allergies and sensitivities very seriously and require that our Managers check with guests each time a severe allergy is brought to the attention of our servers. There are rigid protocols in place and every Manager and Chef have internal guidelines for making safe menu suggestions based on the specific concern.

4) Can you accommodate large parties?
We can accommodate a lot of different group sizes. Please call the Shark Club location nearest you for more details.
5) Do you have a private room?
We do have some options for private groups. Please call the restaurant for more information.
6) Do you have a dress code?
We do not have a dress code at any of our locations.
7) Are you child friendly?
Yes we are, at select locations before 9pm. Please contact the location of your choice to confirm.
8) Do you have wheelchair accessibility?
Yes. Shark Club is committed to equal and impartial treatment to team members as well as our guests. We will meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in a timely and conscientious manner by working progressively towards removal of barriers to accessibility and integrating the services available to individuals with disabilities. We will continue to develop, maintain and review our accessibility plan to ensure our organization and services are made accessible to all individuals with respect to the dignity and independence of all.
